T4 DNA Ligase
 

Supplied with 10X Reaction Buffer(Ligation Buffer) T4 DNA ligase catalyzes a joining reaction between DNA fragment, involving the 3'-OH and the 5'-phosphate termini. The reaction requires ATP and Mg 2+ . The enzyme also catalyzes the exchange of free pyrophosphate into an activated carbon absorbable compound.

Concentration : 100U/µl

Unit Definition : 1 unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to 50% ligation of Hind III-fragments of lambda DNA in 30 minutes at 16 ° C in 20µl of reactions mixture with DNA concentration about 300µg/ml
